The Privacy Policy is a binding part of these Terms and Conditions, and together with these Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between EDJ and you with respect to your use of this Site. EDJ's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions or portion thereof to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of these Terms and Conditions, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this Site or which is the subject of these Terms and Conditions must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. You acknowledge that EDJ School Online is a third party beneficiary for all purposes under these Terms and Conditions.

12. Refund Policy

Students requesting a refund or exchange for an online course must do so within three (3) calendar days from the order date to receive a full refund. Students requesting a refund or exchange after three (3) calendar days will not be refunded or exchanged.

If student has completed the first chapter or module of the course, no refund or exchange will be granted.
