Do I need special software to view the course on my computer?
No. You do not need any software to view our course material.

After I purchase, can I print the course?
No. All of our courses are only offered online. You can take your course from any computer that has internet access.

Do I have to begin an online course immediately after enrollment?
No, upon completion of enrollment, you can begin the course immediately or, wait and start the course at any time. The course will be available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Can I log out at anytime during my online course?
Yes, you can log out at anytime, just click "Exit" icon on the top right.

Do I have to complete the entire course at one time?
No, you can stop at any point during the course and the system will remember where you stopped.

What are the necessary computer requirements?
Internet access with minimum of 56K modem. The courses work most efficiently with DSL or cable internet. If java script is not enabled, you will need to do so.

Do I have to complete my course by a certain deadline, other than my license expiration date?
Yes, after you enroll in the course, you may take as long as you need to complete the course on or before the course expiration date.

Is there an exam?
Some states or departments require an exam (or review questions) after each chapter. Exam (or review questions) has at least 5 questions, some courses have more questions. The questions will be over course material for the chapter you just completed. You will be required to make a score of 70% in order to continue to the next chapter for most licensing organizations. For a select few organizations the requirement for passing may be higher. If you do not make 70%, depending on your organization, you will be able to retake the test until you reach a passing score. Once again, the select minority of organizations will not allow a retake.

Does your site keep track of my score?
Yes. Our site keeps track of every course you take, the answers that you select, and the scores for each exam.

Will I receive continuing education (CE) credit when I complete my course?
Yes. If you successfully complete all courses required by your State, then you will receive the appropriate credit.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Is there a refund policy?
Yes. Students requesting a refund or exchange for an online course must do so within (3) three calendar days from the order date to receive a full refund. Students requesting a refund or exchange after (3) three calendar days will not be refunded or exchanged.
